As nature photography can be solitary pastime it is nice to have a 'Gathering' once in a while. These suggested gatherings are informal 'non-workshop' days for everybody to have a yarn and take a few shots at interesting places. Here's hoping you can attend a couple of these UKNP gatherings.

These are non-commercial events and all are welcome along. Entry fees may be payable to other parties such as the venue eg to an animal sanctuary or wildlife park, but no charge/profit is made by any member in connection with these. Attendance on such an event is entirely at your own risk and it is up to anyone attending to check with the proposed venue as to whether any special provisions, precautions or insurance are required.

They are spread around the country to enable most of the forum to attend at least a few dates and hopefully meet your fellow contributers.

17th Jan 2010 – Caerlaverock WWT - Barnacle Geese/Whooper Swans
